Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a motivated Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting 13-week contract with one of our trusted healthcare partners in Grand Forks, North Dakota. This opportunity offers weekly compensation of up to $2,550, based on experience, while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patients in a collaborative clinical environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards
- Promote patient safety and quality care throughout the rehabilitation process
Education & Certification Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in the State of North Dakota or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Previous clinical experience in an acute care, outpatient, inpatient rehabilitation, or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of Physical Therapist experience preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management and documentation skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
