Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred)
  • Valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a preference for pediatric outpatient experience
  • Proficiency in computer software, electronic health records, and web-based applications
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members
  • Excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and adaptability to changing patient needs
  • Interpersonal skills that foster a caring and respectful environment

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Additional certifications in pediatric therapy or specialized treatment areas
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual communication skills

Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required; an advanced degree or specialization is a plus
  • At least 2 years of relevant outpatient pediatric experience highly preferred

Other Requirements:
  • Current physical therapy license in the state of practice
  • Willingness to work in a patient-care setting that involves exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and potentially infectious materials
  • Ability to adhere to all federal, state, and local laws, safety protocols, and healthcare regulations
  • Reliable and flexible availability to accommodate patient scheduling needs
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance standards
