Birch Agency is Hiring! Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide services to students throughout two school sites in the Romeoville area. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for a therapist who enjoys collaborating with educational teams and traveling between locations to support students' physical mobility, access, and participation in the school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students across multiple school sites throughout the week.

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' physical and mobility needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and other related service providers.

• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.

• Provide recommendations regarding mobility equipment, positioning, accessibility, and participation within the school environment.

Qualifications:

• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license.

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between school sites throughout the week.
