We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.


What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)


As a Physical Therapist, you will:


Patient Care & Treatment


  • Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility limitations, and functional goals

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs

  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and specialized interventions

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

  • Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies

  • Provide post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic condition management

Clinical Documentation & Compliance


  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

  • Complete evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing documentation

  • Ensure adherence to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and safety protocols

Collaboration & Communication


  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams

  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case reviews

Professional Development


  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and treatment techniques

  • Attend continuing education courses and training sessions

  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications


  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy

  • Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist

  • Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently

  • CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
