What You’ll Do
- Create individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and work-related injuries
- Deliver functional rehab and work conditioning programs
- Perform post-offer employment testing and fit-for-duty evaluations
- Help patients safely return to work and daily activities
- Use a streamlined, therapist-friendly EMR
- Collaborate with a highly engaged orthopedic rehab team
Who We’re Looking For
- DPT, MPT, or PT degree
- Active PT license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Positive, growth-minded attitude
- Strong orthopedic foundation
- Desire to learn and grow
Workers’ Compensation experience is NOT required.
If you’re coming from ortho, sports medicine, or outpatient PT, we’ll train you.
