Physical Therapist - School Setting in Temecula, CA

Make an impact by providing expert support to students in an educational setting near Temecula, CA. This part-time, contract opportunity is tailored for a dedicated Physical Therapist who enjoys working in person and is available to start as soon as possible through the end of the school year. You’ll work closely with two students, delivering essential PT services across Chino and Wildomar campuses.

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in California
• Experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
• Strong understanding of school-based therapy services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with school staff
• Reliable transportation to travel between campuses

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy to two assigned students, focusing on meeting individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Travel between Chino and Wildomar campuses as needed
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to support student mobility, motor skills, and physical function
• Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and family members to integrate therapy into students’ daily activities
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for student care
