Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Physical Therapist in a school setting in the Ottawa, OH area.This is a full-time, permanent position with great benefits offered and growth opportunities!
Job Duties:- Enhancing students’functional independence and participation in the educational environment.
- Evaluate and re-evaluate students to determine eligibility for services, develop individualized care plans aligned with the curriculum, and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to ensure therapy goals support learning objectives.
- Work closely with teachers, aides, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and families to create a coordinated support system.
- Maintain progress notes, documentation for Medicaid when applicable, and compliance with state licensure and APTA standards.
Qualifications:- Doctorate of Physical Therapy
- Valid State of Ohio Physical Therapy License
- Valid CPR Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Driver's License
