FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, specializing in geriatric rehabilitation. In this clinician-owned, evidence-based practice, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will focus on maximizing functional independence, safety, and quality of life while documenting outcomes, educating patients and caregivers, and contributing to clinical excellence, continuous improvement, and your own professional growth within our respectful, team-oriented culture.
