    At IRG Physical & Hand Therapy's Silverlake clinic, we're looking for a New Grad or Experienced Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while growing their clinical expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment. Our approachable, down-to-earth team values teamwork over hierarchy and encourages every therapist to develop their own strengths and clinical interests.
    This is an opportunity to join providers with specialized expertise in vestibular rehabilitation, Parkinson's disease, and LSVT BIG® treatment while enjoying the opportunity to build your own niche. With strong, established referral relationships with local orthopedic surgeons, you'll treat a consistent and diverse caseload and have the resources and support to build a rewarding, long-term career.

    New graduate therapists receive a structured mentorship program that includes:
    • One hour of dedicated one-on-one mentorship every week for 12 months

    What You'll Treat
    Our patient population is primarily adult orthopedic, with an average patient age of approximately 55 years old. This is an excellent opportunity for therapists who enjoy working with:

    Enhanced Compensation
    IRG offers a professional revenue share model that gives you direct, transparent connection between your clinical work and your income. Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary while maintaining 1:1 patient care!

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:  
    • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
    • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.  
    • Preferred: 1-2 years of clinical experience. - Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.  
    • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.  
    • Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.  
    • Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment.
