Job Description

Physical Therapist Sports Medicine Location: UCHealth Yampa Valley Med Center, Steamboat Springs Department: YVMC SportsMed FTE: PRN 0.0 hours per pay period, 2 weeks Shift: Days Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 per hour (dependent on relevant experience)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy required
• Preferred: Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Colorado State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
