    Job Description





    • JOB SUMMARY



      • Evaluate patients, develop plan of care and provide treatment within the guidelines of physician referrals, participate in efficient, cost-effective planning and operation of the Physical Therapy Department.





    • QUALIFICATIONS



      • Education



        • Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent.





      • Training and Experience



        • Two (2) years experience in Physical Therapy practice preferred, but new graduates are acceptable.



        • BLS provider or obtain within 3 months of hire.





      • Health and Background Requirements



        • Employment contingent upon successful completion of:



          • Physical



          • Background Check





        • Must be physically able to perform all job duties as assigned.
