Qualifications | Senior Physical Therapist | Inpatient Orthopedic Acute Care
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy is required.
Licensure in accordance with the Iowa Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy is required.
2+ years of experience in Physical Therapy is necessary, with a high degree of understanding and skill in Orthopedics.
Demonstrated skills in clinical education abilities.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Demonstrated experience as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Desirable Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
3+ years of experience in one or more areas of assigned responsibility.
Ability to practice in an autonomous manner.
Demonstrated effectiveness and efficiency in provision of patient care.
Demonstrated effort to enhance one's own knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Demonstrated program/service development or quality improvement projects.
