What You’ll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs
Provide therapeutic interventions designed to restore physical function and mobility
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery goals
Establish and coordinate discharge plans to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supervise therapy assistants and support staff as needed
What You’ll Bring:
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of California
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required for licenses obtained after January 2016
BLS certification required
Previous physical therapy experience preferred
Strong communication, clinical assessment, and patient care skills
