Come join our caring team of clinical experts! **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Tigard, Oregon. As a Physical Therapist, you will lead patient care initiatives and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services. + Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans + Perform detailed physical therapy assessments and document patient progress + Implement evidence-based treatment protocols and rehabilitation programs + Supervise and coordinate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff + Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems + Communicate treatment plans and progress with patients, families, and healthcare providers + Develop and adjust therapeutic exercise programs based on patient needs + Provide patient and caregiver education regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs + Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols + Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes **Qualifications** + Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution + Current Oregon State Physical Therapy license + Valid CPR certification + APTA certification preferred + Proven clinical experience in physical therapy + Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities + Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite + Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills + Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics + Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities + Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills + Experience with insurance documentation and billing procedures + Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team + Commitment to continuing education and professional development **Additional Information** + **Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000 Based on Experience** + **Negotiable Sign on bonus** + 401K with matching + Continuing education + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + Flexible schedule + Full suite of benefits We are proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
