What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and participate in therapy screenings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to achieve therapy goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

What You'll Need

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Utah
• Strong clinical, assessment, and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
