Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts PT license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to assignment start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience OR at least 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings.
• Experience using Raintree EMR preferred.
• New graduates are not accepted. This is not a new graduate role.
• Completion of three HealthStream modules is required for all new travelers prior to assignment start; agency reimbursement process upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked (client process applies).

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1830. Schedule may include 4x10s and requires availability for two evenings per week (until 7:00 PM).
• Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (clinic open weekdays; hours vary by day).
• Productivity Expectation: Approximately 55–63 patients per week.
• EMR: Raintree.
• Assignment Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
• Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other client facilities as needed.
