Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics

Assignment Details

• Will be the only full-time PT on staff
• Additional staff includes a PRN therapist working 1 day per week and another PT working 28-32 hours per week
