Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Must hold current licensure in the State of Missouri
• BCPR
• Flu vaccination is required for all travelers
• EPIC experience

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM
• Shift Days: Monday through Thursday
• Friday Hours: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Location Highlights

Lebanon, Missouri offers access to both outdoor recreation and regional travel routes. Bennett Spring State Park is about 15 miles from Lebanon and is known for trout fishing, hiking trails, and spring-fed waters.
