Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of PT experience
• LTC or Rehab experience
• MO State License

Assignment Details

• Shift schedule: M-F
• Shift length: 8 hour days
• Start time must be before 6AM and no later than 10AM
• 35 GWW
• No weekends unless a holiday falls within M-F, then hours may be made up on the weekend

Location Highlights

Lewistown, Missouri offers a quiet small-town setting with access to regional outdoor recreation and nearby historic communities. Wakonda State Park is about 20 miles away and features six lakes, hiking trails, and seasonal camping options for days off.
