Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Assignment length: 13 weeks
• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Schedule can be flexible
• Patient mix includes outpatient, swing bed, and nursing home settings
• Experience includes all ages with occasional pediatrics
• Documentation systems include NetHealth for rehab and Cerner for hospital clarification orders
