    Description

    Join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Marysville, CA as a Physical Therapist. Provide rehabilitative care to residents through evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function while documenting care in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements. Supervise PT assistants and aides as needed and participate in care planning and team conferences.


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree).
    • Current California license to practice as a Physical Therapist required to start assignment.
    • Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric rehab setting preferred.
    • CPR/BLS certification preferred. Facility may require AHA or ARC certification.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document per Medicare/Medicaid and facility guidelines.
    • Ability to assist with transfers, mobility, and perform physical duties including lifting, standing, and walking.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supervising PT assistants and aides.
    • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
