Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Location Highlights

Monroe, Michigan offers access to Lake Erie shoreline recreation and a practical location between Detroit and Toledo. Sterling State Park sits about 5 miles from central Monroe and provides hiking trails, boating access, and one of Michigan’s only state park campgrounds on Lake Erie. The River Raisin National Battlefield Park is located in Monroe and adds a notable historic site near the downtown district and riverfront. Detroit is about 40 miles north and Toledo is about 25 miles south, which supports day trips for dining, sports, and airport access.
