What You'll Be Doing
As a Physical Therapist, you will play an important role in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, improve function, and achieve their personal goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating patients and developing individualized plans of care
- Providing high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
- Delivering evidence-based treatments tailored to each patient's needs
- Building strong, lasting relationships with patients
- Creating an exceptional patient experience from evaluation through discharge
- Collaborating with fellow therapists, support staff, and clinic leadership
- Maintaining timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
- Educating patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
- Promoting a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina or eligible for South Carolina licensure
- New graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship and support are provided
