The team provides comprehensive care, including total joint replacement, pediatric orthopedics, spine care, knee surgery, and shoulder surgery. Physical therapists at Advanced Orthopedics of Oklahoma collaborate closely with orthopedic specialists to support recovery and long-term wellness.

    Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in the Tulsa area. The Physical Therapist will assess patients following orthopedic procedures or injuries, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional outcomes. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, documenting progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards, and educating patients and families on exercises, safety, and home programs. The role involves close collaboration with orthopedic surgeons, physician assistants, and other care team members to coordinate rehabilitation plans and adjust treatments as needed. The Physical Therapist will also contribute to a safe, welcoming environment and support best practices for patient care and clinic operations.

    Qualifications

    • \n
    • Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
    • \n
    • Demonstrated skills in Medicine and Patient Care, including clinical assessment, pain management strategies, and functional outcome tracking.
    • \n
    • Experience supporting Home Care and post-visit exercise programs, with clear patient and caregiver education.
    • \n
    • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma.
    • \n
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
    • \n
    • Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced clinical environment.
    • \n
    • Prior experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings is preferred.
    • \n
    • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree required.
