What you'll do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress accurately
• Coordinate with nursing staff and the broader care team on resident goals
• Communicate progress to physicians and families as needed
• Maintain compliance with state PT practice standards and infection control protocols

What you'll need

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
• Prior experience with adults in a sub-acute and/or home care setting

Preferred:

• Experience with the Net Health Therapy platform

Schedule

Part-time, daytime hours with flexible days.

• $46.38 to $52.18/hour, based on experience
• $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid per facility policy
