Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehab services in post-acute, outpatient, and home-based settings. You will evaluate patients, create evidence-based treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy focused on restoring function, safety, and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, track measurable outcomes, and document care in EMR.
