FOX Rehabilitation seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehab services in a patient-centered setting. In this role, you will evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life for older adults. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document outcomes in accordance with clinical standards.
