About the Role:
Active Physical Therapy PLLC is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our team in Larchmont, NY! This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced physical therapists, gain hands-on clinical experience, and make a real difference in patients' recovery journeys.



Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care and therapeutic treatments
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, equipment, and therapy supplies between patient sessions
• Help patients with exercises, stretches, and mobility activities under therapist supervision
• Transport patients to and from treatment areas and assist with transfers as needed
• Monitor and report patient feedback or changes in condition to the supervising therapist
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
• Support front desk and administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient check-in as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a physical therapy, healthcare, or clinical setting is not required but is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered, empathetic approach
• Ability to stand, lift, and assist patients with physical movements throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• CPR/First Aid certification will be provided
• Interest in pursuing a career in physical therapy, sports medicine, or healthcare is a bonus
