Georgia Bone and Joint is looking for a highly motivated Aide for our Physical Therapy department in Newnan, GA.  As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will be tasked with being a dynamic member of the therapy team by helping to maximize patient care and improve clinic flow. This is an entry-level, full-time position with full benefits available.

 

Duties include:

  • Assist patients who are entering the clinic for their appointments
  • Setting up and helping patients transition between exercise equipment
  • Sanitizing mats and equipment between patients
  • Cleaning and organizing the clinic and supplies throughout the day
  • Many other tasks as directed by the therapists

 

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills with a diverse patient population
  • Positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Overall good physical ability including Squatting, bending, and lifting without restrictions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
  • Full time position, M-F, No Weekends
