Penn Medicine Outpatient Rehab is looking for a Physical Therapy Aide to join our team!
This role will work Monday and Wednesday 3 - 7:30 pm with additional hours for coverage in the office. Ideal candidate with have flexibility with availability
Our Outpatient Rehabilitation center is located at 1315 Whitehorse-Mercerville Road in Hamilton, NJ.
Penn Outpatient Therapy Hamilton offers the following physical therapy services:
- Amputation Rehabilitation
- Aquatic Therapy
- Balance and Fall Prevention
- Concussion Rehabilitation
- Neurological Rehabilitation
- Oncology Rehabilitation
- Osteoporosis Program
- Pain Management
- Parkinson's Disease Treatment
- Pickleball Rehabilitation
- Prehabilitation and Postoperative Rehabilitation
- Vestibular Rehabilitation
Summary:
- The Physical Therapy Aide provides the necessary services within the Physical Therapy Department in order to achieve efficient operation of that department and maximize appropriate utilization of professional staff. Performs assigned non-professional functions. Physical Therapy Aides assist the professional staff in the provision of direct patient care within the parameters established by the State Board of Physical Therapy.
Assist therapists and therapy assistant in patient treatment.
Maintains Rehab Services Equipment
Assist in the upkeep of the Rehab Services Department. Cleaning of equipment and tables according to manufacturer guidelines.
Assists in the chart maintenance as per front desk staff request- including but not limited to: filing, copying, filing charts
Assists in the Rehab Services office.
Credentials:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
- BLS certification from the AHA
Education or Equivalent Experience:
- H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
- High school education or equivalent life experience is required. Experience is preferred, but not required.

Salary Range:
$16.55 - $21.70/Hourly
