About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Mt. Pleasant Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as a Physical Therapy Aide. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our therapists and helping patients on their journey to recovery.



Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
• Document patient progress and report to the therapy team.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients.
• Manage patient scheduling and assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to lift and assist patients safely.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of physical therapy practices is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
