Role Description The Physical Therapy Aide is a full-time, on-site role based in Tinton Falls, NJ, supporting licensed physical therapists in the delivery of patient care. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing treatment areas and equipment, assisting patients with exercises under therapist supervision, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment. The role involves greeting patients, managing basic administrative tasks such as scheduling support and documentation assistance, and monitoring patient comfort during therapy sessions. Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Physical Therapy principles and treatment support, preferably in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting.
