Responsibilities:

Performs physical therapy programs and treatments as directed by the physical therapist for inpatient & outpatient pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. Provides employee and patient educational programs as directed.  The duties of this position require patient and family education and the exercise of courtesy and patience in speaking with and assisting patients, families, medical personnel and others in order to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED

1. Associate's degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
2. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant by the Georgia Board of Physical Therapy or hold a Georgia Compact Privilege issued by the Physical Therapy Compact Commission
3. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
4. Two (2) years of licensed clinical experience.
