Physical Therapy Assistant - Full Time

We’re hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients in an outpatient clinic in Bluefield, VA where you will support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries—helping them manage pain and regain movement—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Dedication to helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
• Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Willingness to use AI-powered scribe documentation technology.
• Candidates must agree to a 2-year contract clause or repay a pro-rated placement fee as specified in the offer letter.

Position Overview:

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, functional training, manual techniques, and patient education.
• Monitor patient performance and communicate progress toward goals with the Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and independence.
• Complete timely documentation while contributing to an outstanding patient experience.
