About the Role:
Holmdel Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in Holmdel, NJ is looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Implement patient treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality treatments with patients
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising PT
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
• Assist with sports rehabilitation and performance-based recovery programs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area and equipment
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current NJ state licensure or eligibility to obtain PTA licensure
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented clinical environment
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
