Physical Therapy Assistant

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will be providing compassionate support to patients in their homes. This role offers a supportive environment with mentorship, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth. You will help manage and deliver patient care plans while working closely with a team dedicated to outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities

·         Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans

·         Support patients in Lebanon, PA, and surrounding areas

·         Meet critical deadlines for charting

·         Self-manage time and schedule effectively

Travel

·         Ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to/from patient locations

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm *no on-call or weekends

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher
  

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  
• • Home Health Care
    
  • Home Health
    
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  
• • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    
  • Practice Partner EMR
    
  • EHR Implementation
    

• Valid Regular Driver License (DL) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
  
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
