    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant who values culturally responsive care and is committed to serving diverse communities. In this role, you'll help deliver care that respects traditions, strengthens trust, and improves outcomes for patients and their families.

    Position Details:
    • Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant
    • Work Setting: SNF
    • Schedule: 35 hours per week
    • Facility Type: County-owned skilled nursing facility / long-term care home
    • Patient Population: Long-term residents and short-term rehab patients
    • Clinical Environment: Rural healthcare setting serving northern New Hampshire

    Requirements:
    • Licensure: Active state PTA License
    • Education: Associates Degree in Physical Therapy
    • Life Support Certifications: BLS
