SPG Therapy & Education is a specialized pediatric group looking for talented, energetic and creative Physical Therapist Assistants to join us! Come be part of a remarkable team that empowers real change in the lives of children and their families!

What We're Looking For:

• Hold (or are eligible for) a valid California Physical Therapy Assistant license
• 1+ year(s) of experience working with children
• Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings
• Possess strong clinical, interpersonal and documentation skills
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with caregivers and professionals

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Participate as an active member of the medical and/or IEP team
• Implement a plan of care, provide accurate thorough documentation in accordance with legal guidelines
• Collaborate with Supervising PT to implement treatment through 1:1 direct, motor groups, and consultation services
• Participate in active and effective collaboration and communication with children, colleagues, professionals, and caregivers
• Participate in equipment evaluation, training, and management
