Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

Are you passionate about helping people recover, regain mobility, and return to the life they love?
We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering hands-on, patient-centered care while working alongside experienced Physical Therapists and a collaborative healthcare team.
What You’ll Do
· Carry out treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists
· Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education
· Support patients through injury recovery, rehabilitation, and performance improvement
· Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
· Build positive relationships with patients to support motivation and outcomes

What We’re Looking For
· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
· Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Colorado
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Passion for patient care and continuous learning
· Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
· Confidence in exercise instruction and hands-on treatment techniques
· Spanish-speaking skills are a plus (not required)
Schedule:
· Full-time (36-40 hours/week)
· Flexible options available to support work-life balance
Compensation:
· $62,000-$82,000+ per year (based on experience and bonus opportunities)
· Generous performance-based bonus opportunities after the 1st 90 days.
