Sheridan Medical Lodge, a Foursquare Healthcare facility in Burkburnett, TX, is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our on-site therapy team.

Location: Sheridan Medical Lodge - Burkburnett, TX

Position Overview & Operations Our therapy department operates with structured daily caseloads and dedicated rehab aide support. In this role, you will deliver treatment interventions according to the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist. All clinical documentation is completed on-site using NetHealth EMR software. Work schedule includes a standard 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday.

• Starting rate of $31–$37/hr based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Texas.
• \n
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• \n
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings preferred.
