Our Burbank clinic is looking for a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative, caring, and driven team.

What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Back 2 Health, you’ll play a key role in supporting our patients’ recovery and wellness journeys by:
- Providing hands-on treatment to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, equipment, and home care programs
- Documenting patient care and progress accurately in our EMR system
- Maintaining a clean and organized treatment area
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions promptly to the supervising PT
- Helping create a positive, motivating experience for every patient

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current California PTA license (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong charting/documentation and basic computer skills
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
Job Details
- Location: Burbank, CA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
