We’re a beautiful 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab community conveniently located in Iva, just a short drive from Anderson and Abbeville, SC — and we’re looking for an energetic, compassionate, and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our amazing Therapy Team!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist the Physical Therapist with treatment plans and patient care

Provide treatments to both inpatient and outpatient clients
Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence
Encourage and motivate residents through their rehab journey ️
Work alongside an awesome interdisciplinary team
Celebrate resident progress and victories every day

What You’ll Need:
️ Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from an accredited college/university
️ Active, unencumbered South Carolina PTA license
️ Experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting preferred
️ A heart for serving others and helping residents thrive
