Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Full Time | Day Shift | Monday - Friday
Pay: $31.31-$35.23/hour

Located in the heart of Gloucester County, Pitman Manor is a welcoming senior living community integrated into a charming residential neighborhood with convenient access to Philadelphia, the Jersey Shore, major highways, and public transportation.
What You'll Do:
- Assist Physical Therapists in providing therapeutic treatments and rehabilitation procedures for residents/patients
- Guide, motivate, and support patients in improving mobility, strength, and daily functional activities
- Monitor patient progress during treatments, document observations, and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist
- Measure range of motion, vital signs, and other treatment-related data to support patient evaluations and care planning
- Fit, adjust, and educate patients on the proper use of braces, prosthetics, walkers, wheelchairs, canes, and other supportive devices
- Collaborate with therapy staff and interdisciplinary care teams while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards
Requirements for a PTA:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current New Jersey Physical Therapy Assistant license
- Minimum of 2 years of PTA experience
