    What You'll Do

    Deliver High-Quality Patient Care
    • Provide direct physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
    • Follow individualized plans of care to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function
    • Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and functional mobility
    • Support patients with transfers, strengthening, and activities of daily living
    • Utilize therapeutic modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation as appropriate
    • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and use of assistive devices
    Monitor Progress & Communicate
    • Observe and report patient progress, response to treatment, and any changes in condition
    • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
    • Communicate effectively with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
    • Participate in case conferences and care coordination efforts
    Collaborate & Contribute
    • Work closely with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
    • Participate in team meetings, in-services, and ongoing training
    • Uphold clinical standards and contribute to quality improvement efforts

    What You Bring
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program
    • Current PTA license or certification as required by state law
    • 1+ year of experience preferred (home health experience a plus)
    • Current CPR certification
    • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
