We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Job Responsibilities
Provide patient treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Complete accurate daily documentation and required progress reports.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas.
Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences as appropriate.
Carry out physician-directed treatment plans and communicate patient progress with the interdisciplinary care team.
Report equipment concerns to ensure safe and effective operation.
Educate residents, families, and nursing staff on maintenance programs and caregiver training prior to discharge.
Qualifications
Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
