    Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is hiring a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing team! 

    Part Time
     
    The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses and will be able to work collaboratively with the Physical Therapist and the rest of our team of healthcare professionals.

    Part-time are eligible for all of the above except Medical. On Call are not eligible for any of the above except 401k

    **Placement within the wage range for this position is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.**

    Responsibilities

    • Assist physical therapists in developing treatment plans for patients
    • Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
    • Teach patients exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
    • Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed
    • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area

    Qualifications

    • Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting
    • Current state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
