What You'll Be Doing
Provide treatment for residents across a wide range of diagnoses under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Celebrate patient progress and help residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures
Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team that truly works together
Educate residents and families while building meaningful relationships
Bring compassion, positivity, and energy to work every day
What We're Looking For
Active California Physical Therapist Assistant License - or eligible to apply
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for improving the lives of others
Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
