Now Hiring: Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
The Legacy at Midtown Park has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in our skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in Dallas, TX.
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our in-house therapy team and provide person-centered care that supports meaningful, positive outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function
Provide skilled therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Implement and modify treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and PT direction
Monitor patient response and document progress in strength, mobility, and function
Communicate patient progress and respond to referrals or requests for service
Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Attend meetings as directed by the Director of Rehab
Qualifications:
SNF/long-term care experience preferred
Strong knowledge of current physical therapy practices
Experience with Net Health electronic documentation system is a plus
Ability to work effectively with a variety of patient populations
Active and valid Texas PTA license in good standing
