Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1+ years of PTA experience required.
• LTC or Rehab experience required.
• Active PTA license at time of submission required.

Assignment Details

• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
• Shift Hours: 8-hour days.
• Start time must be no earlier than 6AM and no later than 10AM.
• Schedule must remain consistent and be communicated with the DOR.
• No weekends required.

Location Highlights

Ada, Oklahoma offers a small-city setting with access to regional recreation and culture.
