Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.
• Must be familiar with general computer use and functions, including internet, e-mail, desktop navigation, files, windows, navigation buttons, tool bars, online HR services, and online training programs.

• Home visits with periodic office meetings.

The city is about 50 miles west of Atlanta and about 45 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, which supports regional travel and weekend trips.
